Failed loading page into iframe locally

Looks like loading the page into an iframe doesn’t work with local files, see https://twitter.com/SaraSoueidan/status/855350186452844544.

I did a quick test and can confirm that issue in Chrome and Opera. Firefox and Safari seem to work.

Sadly as well as the above, this seems to now happen on all my browsers including the latest Firefox 89 , Safari Version 14.1.1 (16611.2.7.1.4) and Release 125 (Safari 14.2, WebKit 16612.1.15.1.12), all on Mac.
