Electrodynamics fluids should now be listed in JEI

I added Electrodynamics fluids registration for JEI. When they listed in JEI you can use them in "Applied Energistics 2" mod .With fluids listed in JEI is becomes possible to create processing patterns with this Electrodynamics fluids and supply this fluids with Import/Export/Storage buses directly from ME system. This changes require newer JEI API so I also updated JEI version from 15.2.0.26 to 15.19.0.85

And crafting and processing recipes are also visible for this fluids in JEI.

Have you performed checks to ensure this won't cause a registry access at the improper time? Have you tested this in a multiplayer and single player environment?
