Add support / fix toml files

At the moment, it looks like the plugin won't display when I'm editing a toml file (for rust) and will always stay blocked at the latest file I edited, it does look like it won't switch. I don't know if that's a bug if the toml extension isn't supported, but it will be cool to have that feature going
