Language availability for each video

It'd be useful to know in which language each video is available.

Usually is explicit in the title, if different from english. The exception is in the paid streaming service, but this knowledge is not easy to get from a maintainer perspective.

Do you have any practical suggestions?

Usually is explicit in the title, if different from english.

Most of the time yes, but there are some video where the title is just the name (person, mountain, line, etc...) and in those case the language isn't explicit... It might be enough to add [ITA] or [ENG] for those cases...
