📈 Add ability to vizualize utterance clusters of routes

Semantic router is awesome! But creating utterances blindly based on hunch leads to wrong results. What could really help is if we could add a feature where users could visualize the utterance embedding clusters of different routes in 2D or 3D using t-SNE and plotly.
