feat: multiple route choices

Implementation for multiple route choices returned from a call: #89 https://github.com/aurelio-labs/semantic-router/issues/89

Currently only for RouteLayer, not for HybridRouteLayer. Also - need to update documentation (where?)

@jamescalam yes, thank you, and I see it's merged already. The only thing I can tell is still missing (from all the PRs) is multiple route choices in the HybridRouteLayer.

closing as addressed in #135 — will wait for another PR on hybrid layer or once the team has some capacity we can implement
