Is it possible to add support for the AWS bedrock embedding.. it would be great to be able perform routing use a aws bedrock embedding model

Hi both, amazing work with the semantic router - love the library.

@Siraj-Aizlewood: I gave this a try and implemented the BedrockEncoder class. Seems to work in the notebooks, but haven run or written a lot of tests yet. The Bedrock LLM is outstanding --> would focus on Claude 3 here with the msg api, which is closer to what users are used to I assume.
