Improve docs/error messages

I just lost hours trying to debug the Error: No ValueConverter named "myConverter" was found!

Was the operator at fault, and the simple problem was that I did not have the converter camel cased in the View. Whilst this is mentioned in the docs, it probably could/should be emphasised. If there is any way to improve the error messages, that would be helpful to. The above really lead me down a garden path chasing all sorts of dead ends.
