Update AU1 to newer/newest package versions

Several packages in the default aurelia repo and related repos have low to critical vulnerabilities. It would be great if this can be updated once in a while.

Until AU2 and at least until EOL for AU1, regular maintenance for Au1 too is much appreciated!

I completely agree with you, @mroeling. I continue to maintain one big project developed with AU1. So I have some problem with the issue mentioned.
