Support generating with fuse-box

I'm submitting a feature request

  • What is the expected behavior? Add Fuse-Box as loader/bundler option on cli

  • What is the motivation/use case for changing the behavior? Support for generating with fuse-box/typescript with the cli (I know about aurelia-fuse-box-seed). This is a great tool for typescript users, fast and efficient to minimise bundle size with roolup integration.
