Add aurelia-template-lint integration

I'm submitting a feature request Add out-of-the-box support for aurelia-template-lint, to detect lots of problems at build-time.

• Library Version: 0.31.3

• Language: It will be most usefult for TypeScript, but some functionality will be benefitial for all other languages as well.

Current behavior: Problems in html templates (such as binding to missing property or incorrectly using self-closing tags for custom elements) are not detected at build time.

Expected/desired behavior: Problems should be detected at build-time
