This PR:

  • adds dependabot
  • adds lint github action
  • removes unneded boilerplate code
  • upgrades to sdk v0.45.8

This PR contains state-breaking changes and requires an upgrade of the chain. It will need an upgrade handler to delete the store key for x/aura.
