If the use of Adobe's apache dispatcher support has legal implications ... should we then look into something else e.g. https://varnish-cache.org/ - which is also used in some AEM projects instead of dispatcher

I checked the README file of the current Dispatcher. The word "license" is not in the file an there is no explicit license file, but it says "Copyright" so I guess we cannot use it :/

I have the similar question about use of Sightly. Isn't Sightly also licensed by Adobe? Can it be used in opensource projects like this?
