Can't resize the window with the keyboard shortcuts

Would it be possible to allow the resize of the window using the keyboards shortcuts super + left / super + right ? And I guess these 2 issues are related, so would it be possible to resize the window to at least half the screen width ? It's a bit annoying that the window is always 10-20px above the window next to it.
