Open ghost opened this issue 6 months ago • 4 comments

I have automatic screen lock set up, and after unlocking it, the blur on the taskbar is cut in half. For context, i have opacity set to 0 in Dash To Panel settings.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Blur works perfectly
  • Lock screen
  • Unlock screen
  • Blur on taskbar breaks in half, despite working normally in the overview

Environment

  • Linux Distro: Arch Linux
  • GNOME version: 48
  • Wayland
  • Nvidia RTX 3060 - driver 575.57.08
  • Other extensions: Dash To Panel

Do you use a multi monitor setup? Because this issue happens to me only if I use multiple monitors.

I have the same issue with single monitor, after screen unlock, the blurred area is off.

I have this issues in dash where it cuts the blur in half, in the main monitor, the second one never gets this issue, I can fix it by restarting blur may shell's blur dash option, but after locking the pc and unlocking it returns, always in the main monitor,
