Issue with Dropdown Menus Not Blurring in Blur My Shell on GNOME
Dear Developer,
I am experiencing an issue with the Blur My Shell extension on GNOME running on Debian. While the extension successfully applies blur to most application windows and the browser, certain UI elements remain unblurred. Specifically:
The top bar dropdown menus, including the system menu (which contains network, Bluetooth, dark/light mode toggle, etc.), are not blurred.
(The Calendar drop down menu and some apps extension menu and Places extension menu)
The dropdown menus in applications, such as the browser, also do not receive the blur effect. (Bookmarks folder menu or right click menu)
I have ensured that the extension is properly installed and enabled, and I have tested different settings within the extension. However, these specific UI elements remain unaffected by the blur effect.
Could you please confirm if this is a known limitation, or if there is a possible fix or workaround?
Thank you for your time and for your work on this extension!
Has the issue been resolved? I'm experiencing the same problem.
