For me blur is only not applied on top panel, in overview everything still works fine. Ubuntu 23.10, GNOME 45.2, Wayland

I have the same issue on Fedora 39, GNOME 45.5, Ryzen 7 7840U w/ integrated graphics. Blur is applied to all other elements, just not the window I have in the whitelist.

Hello, if you use GNOME 46, could you test the PR #559? It should fix quite a lot of bugs about application blur notably (but not only)
