Hiya,

I tried cloning the latest version to install on my Ubuntu 20.04.6 (GNOME Shell 3.36.9), and I got the warning symbol Error Loading Extension with following details:

The settings of extension blur-my-shell@aunetx had an error:

SyntaxError: import declarations may only appear at top level of a module

Stack trace:

I'm completely new to Linux so maybe I did something wrong. Appreciate any help I could get, thanks in advance!

Hello, thanks for using this extension!

It is no longer actively maintained for gnome 3.36, but you can install the latest compatible version using the pre_40 branch on github, or alternatively using the release version that is mentioned at the end of the readme (for gnome 3.36, version 22).

I close this issue, however tell me if you need any help!
