Gnome 45.1 background blur not applied on main display when 144 Hz refresh rate

I've stumbled upon a weird bug. Whenever I set my main display to 144 Hz refresh rate, my wallpaper background blur doesn't seem to be there. Issue seems to fix itself when display is set to anything below 144 Hz.

Duplicate of #40. This has been a known issue for quite some time.

But #374 and #271 both try to fix multi-monitor issues so hopefully this will be fixed soon
