Rotation: Topbar blur incomplete when logging in from portrait into landscape mode

Observed blurmyshell doesn't seem to refresh/update in a scenario for tablet PC where:

  1. Device physically put in vertical (i.e. portrait) orientation, then device locked (screen off)
  2. Device physically put into horizontal (i.e. landscape) orientation, device turned back on
  3. Log into device (lockscreen still in vertical orientation)
  4. After unlock, observe screen contents are in horizontal orientation, but topbar blur seems to still render partially as if still in vertical orientation

Workaround: just rotate the device vertically and back to horizontal while unlocked, seems to refresh fine then.
