If 2 people join a room at the same time they can get 2 different sessionIds

@leahciMic noticed this when trying to use meet.tokbox.com as a service. If 2 people connect to a new room at the same time and that room doesn't already have a sessionId associated with it then they can end up both creating a new sessionId.
