Stop using OT.$.eventing

It's been deprecated from 2.14.0 and should be replaced by something like https://www.npmjs.com/package/events

Hi. I am getting this warning along with OT.$ being deprecated.

Do you think this is something that will be fixed or should we look at forking and trying to fix this ourselves? Thanks, Simon.

It will be fixed before OT.$ is actually removed from opentok.js.
