Allow parent of dropdown be a real link

When changing the behaviour of the menu (eg. open on hover), it should be allowed for the parent of a dropdown to have a URI instead of forcing to `href="#"`...

 I changed the keybinding to something different and it works. It just won't display the value I did set.

Order of graphs vs order of preference tabs

Tabs: Cpu, Memory, ........, Freq, ... Graphs: cpu, freq, mem, ........... CPU utilization and Frequency are linked, so I think it should become the 2nd tab in the preferences too....
