Maybe we need to reach fmt being updated to latest version first as it is 9th major version but not 11st major version. As vcpkg keeps packages always updated it would require to keep up with newest version of packages, what is kind of active and tough task at same time as updating all dependencies over and over when it comes to bunch of dependencies. What is kind of vcpkg idea problem, you cant specify lower bound, but can specify upper bound. Just like %VERSION% of package higher than %VERSION%, but you cant specify %VERSION% less than %VERSION%.
