Poor `ACustomCaptionWindow` on Windows 11

What happened?

ACustomCaptionWindow lacks proper integration with Windows 11.

(note: the screenshot is taken from Windows 11 machine with 200% system scaling)

  • The 'maximize' icon should be slightly rounded on Windows 11.
  • Windows 11 features a dropdown with options when hovering on the 'maximize' button. ACustomCaptionWindow lacks this feature.

The issues are not present on regular AWindow windows.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any application based on `ACustomCaptionWindow` on Windows 11.
2. Observe the difference with other applications (including 3rdparty).
