Strange toolbox crash on ci/cd in timer thread

I've recently accidentally caught this issue on my machine in debugger. I've submitted the tryfix. As the problem is rare, I'll keep this issue open for some time and monitor the problem. I'll either close this issue soon or report the occurrence here if any.
