Although blogdown provide addin to insert images, these images are always be placed in "content/post/xxx/images/" directory. I could not get the wanted thumbnail in the summary.

能不能设定用4个空格代替tab符

wiznote for linux 描述：我常用markdown功能，因为表格和正文混排时，对表格的层级有要求，都是前面通过加空格实现的。如果为知笔记默认按下制表符键产生4个空格，使用者将会方便不少。 现在的情况，我一般都是使用别的编辑器，然后在复制回为知笔记，有点惨。

用普通用户运行，却以根用户权限创建$HOME/DoChat目录，是如何做到的呢？
