The overline in HISTORY.rst causes an error in the concatentation in setup.py's long_description in the cases that you have subsections in your history.

The package you mentioned above caught an error in my repo that I was able to fix by removing the overline.

Another alternative is to take out the history from long_description. I'm seeing less projects on PyPI that have history in the long_description.
