No paragraph for radio buttons

Thanks for this plugin, it works perfectly!

I noticed you use a div for the markup of the radio buttons. In many themes, it will result in the lack of margins. See image:

It would be better to have only paragraphs and a span (display block) for the #gdrf-radio-label label, I guess. Maybe you can consider this.
