Chrome Netflix - doing stuff freezes on pending

64 bit version used with: Chrome & Netflix Windows 7 64 bit

As soon as I route or duplicate, it said pending and it never resolves. When I tried routing to the Speaker, it just went into pending route and it stayed like that with audio frozen on one note. It eventually cleared up when I switched view back and forth. When I tried duplicate to the Speaker, it went into pending duplicate and then it stayed frozen with no audio or anything. I switched views back and forth and it didn't help. I went into my sound devices and it was all blank. Went back to your program and it was all blank except the default playback box. I exited out of the netflix window and sound stuff and after a few minutes my sound looks like its back to normal.
