Idea: add the ability to implement a time delay between sources

Two of my sources are off by just a couple milliseconds, probably since one of them is an audio interface which probably adds a little time delay. It's just enough that I can notice it when listening to music and having the ability to add a time delay to a source would fix it, and be pretty easy to implement.
