Does this work with Prime Music App on Windows 10?

Hi, I'm setting up for game streaming, and I need to see if I can route my Prime Music playlist to a virtual cable instead of running it through my default playback device on the computer. Does audio router work with the Prime Music app? First timer here, haven't downloaded the program yet, but just gathering info before I do. Thanks!

Not if the app has been downloaded from the Windows Store.
