Doesn't work with new firefox & Win7

Since I updated to firefox v57 from v49, audiorouter will not work. It brings up multiple instances of firefox in audiorouter window. When the audio comes up on the active one, when you try to route it to another sound card, it is audio pending and nothing happens.

Actually duplicate still worked in firefox v57 but it's stopped in firefox 58 for me. (Comodo Icedragon based on firefox 52.0.0.4 and it's still works)
