Win10 1709 Duplicate not working ?

Just update Win10 1709 and Audio Router Duplicate function not working for me :(

It doesn't work for me either. When i try to duplicate it simply moves the audio to the chosen device, or changes the name to duplicate pending.

Edit: Works with soft routing option
