+1 I also would love to donate for these features. And when I just add the file to windows startup, about half the time it will open as a task without opening a window, and give me the "already running" error, and I have to kill the task and open the file manually
As much as I would love that, I don't think the dev works on it anymore. Last progress was 11 months.
I'll +1 this as well. A very minimum of any way to save the settings. I'm sure the audio devices and applications are always in flux so it makes it a little more difficult but I would hope you'd be able to capture the executable name or something and always route to the same device (if it exists) on startup.

my use case is very simple: System Sounds to one one sound card and iTunes to another sound card. with the app i can do it manually, but to be really useful the last settings needs to be saved and applied automatically after every reboot
