Route Audio to two devices

Hi, I can't seem to figure out how to route the audio to two devices at once I want a game to go both to my Bluetooth speaker and also my USB headset at same time

Trying to do the same thing. Seems like you should be able to by using the "duplicate" function, but getting "access denied" error.
