Feature request: nc7-create_nucleotide_sample_config pretty print

Actual Behavior

nc7-create_nucleotide_sample_config either prints a sample nucleotide config or writes to a file. At the moment, it prints the whole config as a continuous string in a single line.

Expected Behavior

It's nice to have a pretty print (one line for each item in the config). It is more readable and quickly editable.
