I am confused. Is this one v3 or v2? Python 2.7 or 3.6

I read somewhere else that the v3 branch has been merged to this one already. However, I seems not able to get the skill to work with v3 payload, it just wont link the account when v3 is selected.

Also, the readme said the runtime is 3.6, but the source file indicates

#!/usr/bin/env python2.7
