Clicking on Tags and Categories leads to 404

I added tags and categories to my sample post on my website. The tags and categories are showing in the sidebar, but if you click on them they return a 404 page, as they don't find the corresponding file. Is there no implementation where a list is automatically created when instantiating the tags and categories?
