improve windows build

It would be nice if building on windows was easier. Downloading the latest binary build from https://aubio.org/download#win could be a first step.

Now there are installing instructions and scripts only for the MacOs/Darwin environment

Added Linux section in `README.md`. Runned `projectGenerator` on the example, now can be built with `make`.
