Migrate to Google's OpenID Connect

It is needed to change an authentication method of Google due to the shutdown of Google+ API.

A stable version of Skinny Framework doesn't support APIs of Google's OpenID Connect. The next release of Skinny will include it. https://github.com/skinny-framework/skinny-framework/pull/401
