taffy_uri with trailing slashes returns 404

In a prior 1.x release of Taffy a resource could have

taffy_uri="/activation/"

With 1.3 this doesn't work and returns a 404. Changing it to

taffy_uri="/activation"

But it would be nice to change this to maintain compatibility (and URIs ending in trailing slash are not necessarily wrong)
