Kmatrix: A library for matrix operations (BLAS/LAPACK based)

Abstraction structure and helper functions for manipulating matrices and performing matrix operarations. Improves on the previous pull request by leveraging BLAS/LAPACK routines for things like matrix multiplication, inverse and determinant calculation.
