[suggestion] [SMN] Turn Summon Bahamut into Enkindle

What is thy suggestion? Turn the summon bahamut button into the enkindle button while the summon is active. (and same for phoenix and solar)

1. Are abilities in question must be truly mutually exclusive? Yes, you cannot enkindle unless the summon is active, and the next summon won't be available until long after enkindle is no longer available.

2. Does this actually saves you button space? Yes one button

3. Is it wild and wacky? as non-wild as it gets, it's a basic one-shot aoe damage that could have just been baked into the summon. c'mon, man

4. Is the overall level of intelligence required to execute is about as low as the floor? Yes enkindle automatically becomes available as soon as you summon, and can be used once during the lifespan of the summon.
