[suggestion] Actual Well Thought Out Suggestion for MNK

So, you probably get this a lot and before anyone bash or said I did not read the reasons why, I actually did, and thought about it. As someone who plays current monk and SHB monk, I actually took the time to think about this suggestion before writing this.

Just like Astrologian, Monk has one defining button that surrounds its entire kit Perfect Balance. It's the center of the majority of it's damage. Just before even writing this post, I nailed a 91K CDH on a boss.

But I digress; my suggestion is simple: When Perfect Balance's Requirements for Masterful Blitz is met, Perfect Balance COULD turn into Masterful Blitz. As someone who has been playing Melee DPS with the XIV Combo, there are a lot a single button activations turns into powerful attacks:

RPR: Enshroud > Communio SAM: Iaijutsu > Tsubame DRG: (High) Jump > Mirage Dive MCH: Hypercharge > Heat Blast

There are many more (none for ninja because how that kit works). And besides, having Perfect Balance turn into Masterful Blitz make since because you can't double activate Perfect Balance just like you can't double activate Enshroud, (High) Jump, or Hypercharge.

I second this motion, since Materful Blitz quite literally can never be used on its own without having having fist pressed Perfect Balance. So having Perfect balance turn into Masterful Blitz after at all 3 Beast Chakra have been opened is a reasonable suggestion.
