can't find setup.py in the project——should update the README.md

you should update the README.md file (sudo) python setup.py install can't find setup.py in the project, I copy the WikiExtractor.py and use the command below is ok. 'python WikiExtractor.py -b 500M -o zhwiki500 zhwiki-20190720-pages-articles-multistream.xml.bz2'
