People I Follow

Notebook starring doesn't happen all that much - in our experience we mostly use it consciously in order to add someone to People I Starred, rather than unconsciously like a "like".

But forking notebooks is actually useful so we do that.

In the Discover Page we combine the two scores to measure notebook popularity. Maybe we should also change the People I Starred folder into a People I Follow folder, and include people whose notebooks I've forked, and maybe even people whose notebooks I've run.

I'm not convinced of the name, since Follow has a specific meaning on social media, but "People Whose Notebooks I Starred, Forked or Ran" is a bit long.
