to fork or not to fork: allow free discussion of the future of ksh93 and of this project (two different things)

Description of problem:

krader1961 currently closes issues ad hoc when opinions are voiced he disapproves of and views as "unconstructive". point at hand:

this is very bad style and tells a lot about the project's policies and its (absence of a descent) culture.

I request to let discussions freely play out. @krader1961: you need not pay any more attention to the concerns raised than you did in the past (not much, that is). let others communicate even if you seem to be uncomfortable with or afraid of the possibly emerging consensus.

@jghub On the other hand, you keep creating too many duplicated issues about the same thing: you do not like how this project is driven. I think everybody who gets github notifications is aware of your concerns now. Please stop creating other non-technical issues like this.

@kdudka. will stop now anyway. the present issue only concerns the (in my view) scandalous behaviour of rader to stall upcoming discussion by declaring the referred to issues as "closed" (usually people look at the immediately visible open ones...).

I thought a last try to subvert that obvious strategy by making the closed issued visible again by linking to them in an open issue was worth the try (accompanied by an appeal to rader to stop closing/suppressing such stuff. otherwise: yes, everything has been said, and then some. and its getting grotesque... so hopefully, distro/package maintainers will take adequate note.
