noports daemon: service file

Multiple ways to implement this, but it would be nice to have a standard place or places that the service file goes.

With a few potential options for notation:

• User stored sshnpd service file
  • this approach would require us to register each service file in systemd
  • this approach is easily compatible with launchd, since we've chosen to use user LaunchAgents, rather than anything system specific
• System stored service file
  • Have to specify the atsigns/atsign pairings which run sshnpd
  • This seems less clear as to how to format this information, also requires root access
