[New Group Creation] Adding an Image

Describe the bug

Adding an Image for group is required

Steps to reproduce

  1. First I Contacts
  2. Then I Groups
  3. And then 'Create New Group'
  4. Try to Create without adding an Image

Expected behavior

Have it be an optional field; put an "empty" placeholder instead (like we do for atSign with no image)
